The limousine with a Jacuzzi does exist. The 80’s joke used to be the extreme limo with extra stretch with a Jacuzzi in the back. So this is somewhat closer to reality. Here we have a converted limousine bus with a Jacuzzi towards the back of the bus. Which is much better than having a Jacuzzi on the outside of the limousine, though I assume water spillage is still an issue.
